This tour includes two dives in the Panama Bay. The dives are done at two islands that are fairly close to Panama City—this makes it a convenient tour for travelers who are spending time in the city but itching for adventure.
The tour begins with an 8 AM pickup from your hotel in Panama City. You'll drive to the boat dock and then head out towards the first dive site at Taboguilla Island. This area sports a sandy bottom and several rock formations, which together produce an ideal habitat for local fish and visiting pelagic species.
The second dive is at Taboga Island. On this dive, you'll have another opportunity to encounter an array of fish, rays and eels. You will eat lunch after this dive and then take a short ride around Taboga Island.
Your guides will return you back to your hotel around 4 or 5 PM.

Swimsuit, towel, proof of scuba certification, camera, sunscreen, water, and dry clothes.
