Zip-lines are still relatively rare in Panama, and this is the only zip-line in Bocas del Toro. This canopy tour consists of 7 cables, the longest being nearly 1,000 feet (300 m). All of the zip-lines are attached to trees and give tour participants awesome views into the forest canopy. This zip-line also takes advantage of the hilly Bocas terrain and has a viewing platform that looks out over the Caribbean.
At the start of the tour, your guide will set you up with equipment and teach you the proper technique for riding the cables. When you feel comfortable, you’ll head off to the first platform. The guides are passionate about creating an experience that is exhilarating, educational, and safe.
As you ride along, be on the lookout for parrots and white-faced capuchin monkeys. There’s also a good chance of seeing the bright red frogs for which this area is named.
This tour also includes a treetop challenge course, a hanging bridge, and a vertical rappel.
At the end of the tour, you’ll have time to visit Red Frog Beach and enjoy other activities on Bastimentos Island, including visiting the Kayukos Restaurant and Punta Lava Beach Bar and Grill.

Attraction Visited
Located on Isla Bastimentos in the Bocas del Toro archipelago, Red Frog Beach is a wonderfully mellow white-sand beach. Red Frog is backed by portions of thick rainforest which extend in some places all the way to the water, creating secluded alcoves that are perfect for couples or families who would like a bit of privacy. This becomes especially the case during high tide, when the sea creeps high and swallows much of the shoreline.
